Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Booking Process: To book a coaching session or program, clients must fill out the booking form available on our website. Upon submission, clients will receive a confirmation email with details of their booking and payment instructions. Payment: Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer or online payment through our secure payment gateway. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Once confirmed, clients will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled date and time of their coaching session. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their coaching session up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply if the request is made less than 48 hours before the session. Attendance: Clients are expected to attend their coaching session at the scheduled date and time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session duration.
